In foreign countries, SME financing is difficult to take many measures, such as specialized banks, special guarantee mechanisms, and a large number of social funds, funds and other help to solve.

The financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have taken many measures to solve them, but there are still some problems.

Especially since this year, the problem of capital in the production and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises has become more prominent and the contradiction is even more prominent.
