At the same time, she also said that in the weaving field, the intelligent weaving workshop and the whole process intelligent automatic weaving production line and so on will be developed and constructed, so as to solve the automation and intellectualization of logistics, information flow and process pformation between processes, which will greatly increase labor productivity and reduce labor intensity, and further improve the quality of textiles.

In 2010~2015, the number of new products manufactured by weaving machinery accounted for only 7% of the whole textile machinery field; and the awarding situation of weaving machinery textile was not optimistic. There was no first prize of textile light award.

He urged that industry self-discipline should be advocated. Weaving machinery enterprises should avoid low price competition, product credit sale, correctly locate product grades, pursue craftsmen spirit, strive for excellence, cooperate closely with customers, and effectively solve customer difficulties.

If a healthy enterprise wants to develop, the capital chain must be protected first.

Zhejiang Titan: there are credit and low price competition in the market. Many customers are sure to choose to buy imported equipment.

Now the quality of domestic equipment is basically the same. When the user visits, if other standard equipment factories are almost the same, the final decisive factor will be put on the price.

Therefore, enterprises should highlight their own characteristics and form an irreplaceable advantage.

In addition, good equipment needs good specialized parts to support. If domestic products can be upgraded well, the production cost and competitiveness of domestic enterprises can be effectively reduced.

Zheng textile machinery: foreign enterprises do not have low price and credit sales because their products are excellent, and the gap between our loom field and foreign countries is relatively large. What we need to do is to strengthen scientific research cooperation. The upstream and downstream public relations union makes the product quality go up, otherwise, more funds will be bottomless.
