Software And Hardware For Promotion At Work

    2008/7/30 9:24:00 41768

Some people have been working diligently without achieving the desired results; but some people seem to be doing the same work as others. Why?

The survey found that the reason is that people are treated differently.

    Focus on solving problems

I used to "open the door" in my company, that is, unless I am in a meeting, anyone can come in and talk with me at any time.

One day, A Jun, who was in charge of the customer service department, ran into my office. She said that customer complaints had been ringing in the past few weeks, and they complained that our goods were overdue.

In view of this situation, she asked me to explain to the customer, otherwise she would resign.

"Yes," I replied as usual. "I'll see it first."

The purpose of A's arrival was basically achieved, and I got a little comfort and support.

In fact, what Mr. A said is a hint: "I don't want to be held responsible. I work to make sure everything goes well."

Employees who are not mature will generally express clearly to their employers their responsibilities.

If A said, "I have just received a call from a customer and I know they are ordering other suppliers. I have several suggestions for reference only."

This is quite different. A brings me a way to solve problems instead of asking questions. Obviously, she is creating opportunities for herself.

Everyone will encounter problems. The way to deal with them is quite important. We should start with finding problems. Therefore, the motto of "no problem is left behind" should be changed to "solve it before the problem arises."

The problem is your chance to use your talents.

Employees who follow the above suggestions will surely get a firm foothold and get promoted easily.
