2010 Office Clerk Resignation Report
Respected leaders:
From 10 years to now, I have expressed my heartfelt thanks to all the leaders for your concern and love in these three years. The work of these three years has helped me a lot and learned a lot. company Colleague support and affirmation, I won the advanced employee award of 09. In the past three years, I have been working conscientiously and obscurity in my work, and have gone all out to fulfill the tasks assigned by the leadership, and strive to learn and improve my professional level. But unfortunately, I will leave the company after the end of April this year. The enormous pressure of life forced me to make this decision, which is quite difficult for me personally, but my present position (driver and clerks) is no longer suitable for work. My departure is believed to bring some losses to the company, especially some ongoing projects. I will try my best to finish my work in the rest of my working hours and hand over the work before I leave so as to minimize or avoid these losses.
In the decades of life, I have gone to four, one, three, one, or even less. There is a fixed number of things. Yes, the company has a training plan and a training mechanism. staff To cultivate the four newcomers with ideals, morality, culture and discipline, wages will rise, bread will be there, but I can't understand it. Why do you train me for 3 years and 5 years? Why don't people reuse it without training? How many years have I trained for you? Maybe I can't tie my young heart in three years? Maybe this is right, so I started thinking and thinking seriously. I think it will be the next step in my life to go back to the society and encounter setbacks.
Leaving the company and leaving colleagues who once worked together are reluctant to part with the concerns of leaders and do not want to be sincere and friendly among their colleagues. Also wish the company in the future development of a higher level, the cause is thriving!
