How To Draw Up A Personnel Agency Agreement
Party A and Party B have signed agreements on personnel agency matters for self raised staffs as follows:
First, Party A is entrusted by Party B to handle matters related to entrusted personnel agency for self financing personnel.
Two. Responsibilities, rights and obligations of the two sides
(1) Party A's responsibilities, rights and obligations

After receipt of written notice of termination or cancellation of contract by Party B and self financing personnel, the procedures for returning the self raised personnel to the agency shall be handled according to the regulations.

Without Party B's written notice or letter of introduction, Party A shall not prepare any personal certificates or letters of introduction from its own requirements.
3. charge to Party B management service and personnel agency fee according to the prescribed time, and pay to the agency.
4. not responsible for self financing.
Personnel wages
Labor, welfare, medical, social insurance, pension and other expenses and housing matters.
(two) Party B's responsibilities, rights and obligations
1. responsible for the daily management of self financing staff.
2. Party B shall consolidate the related matters entrusted to Party A.
Party A shall issue certificates or letters of introduction to party a when he or she is going to handle the formalities.
3. after the termination or termination of the employment contract, Party B shall notify Party A in written notice within 10 days, and issue the examination and appraisal and personnel archiving materials.
The self raised personnel shall, within 20 days, hand in written notice to Party A to go through the formalities of the agency. If he fails to do so or fails to do so, Party A will retain his / her agent, Party B and Party A.
Liability for breach of contract
The right to pursue.
4. every year, the annual management fee and personnel agency fee will be paid to the first party by the company.
Overdue payment is regarded as overdue, and the daily surcharge is 3 per thousand -5 per thousand.
5. Party B shall renew the contract with the self raised personnel for 30 days in advance.
Relevant procedures
And renew the contract to Party A before the expiration of the contract.
Overdue delay is deemed to terminate the contract voluntarily.
Party A will compile the relationship between personnel and agencies.
6. responsible for the wages, labor insurance, welfare, medical treatment (according to the provisions of Party B), social insurance (unit commitment part) expenses and other related expenses, and shall be responsible for the retirement and other expenses of the personnel agency and the old-age insurance personnel who have not been implemented.
Three. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be settled through consultation between the two parties.
Four. This Agreement shall come into force from the date of signing by both parties.
Five. This agreement is made in two copies. Each party holds one copy and has the same legal effect.
